We refurbish machines from brands such as Technogym, Lifefitness, and Precor. We perform all the machine refurbishment work ourselves. We have our own technical department, quality control department, electronics and mechanical engineers, and a paint shop. We do not outsource any work – all the work takes place at our headquarters in Kraków.

Gym equipment refurbishment step by step

Used gym equipment which arrives at our warehouse is first broken down into parts. The fixed elements, that is plastics or metal frames, are carefully cleaned, washed, and then painted at our paint shop. Wear parts, on the other hand, such as bearings and shock absorbers, are replaced with new ones. All the electronic devices go to our technical department.

Then, the machines are assembled and set up. At the end, all the refurbished machines are verified by our quality control department, where they undergo a visual and technical inspection. All that in order to detect and remove any potential defects and ultimately deliver the equipment to the customer in good working order.

During the refurbishment process of used training equipment, we offer its full customisation, that is painting in any colour the customer may want, adding elements of branding and visual identity or any other graphic elements ordered by the customer.
